Section 351 — Building Act 2004: Annual reports to be presented to House of Representatives

351 Annual reports to be presented to House of Representatives The Minister must present a copy of the annual report given to him or her under section 349 to the House of Representatives no later than 10 parliamentary working days after the date on which the Minister receives that report.
