352 Power of Minister to require information relating to affairs of Board (1) The Board must supply to the Minister any information relating to the affairs of the Board that the Minister requests. (2) However, a request may be refused if— (a) withholding the information is necessary to protect the privacy of any person (including a deceased person); and (b) there would, under the Official Information Act 1982 , be good reason for withholding the information if— (i) the request had been made under section 12 of that Act and section 9(2)(a) of that Act applied; and (ii) the need to protect the privacy of any person were not outweighed by the Minister's need to have the information in order to discharge the Minister's ministerial duties; and (c) the information relates to a particular matter in respect of which the Board or any person appointed or employed by the Board is required to act judicially.
