Section 356 — Building Act 2004: Rules to be approved by Board

356 Rules to be approved by Board (1) The chief executive must submit proposed rules for the approval of the Board. (2) The Board must, as soon as practicable after receiving a proposed rule for approval, by written notice to the chief executive,— (a) approve it; or (b) decline to approve it.
