Section 368 — Building Act 2004: Offence to remove or deface notices

368 Offence to remove or deface notices (1) A person commits an offence if the person— (a) wilfully removes or defaces any notice published under this Act; or (b) incites another person to do so. (2) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable to a fine not exceeding $5,000. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 80(k)
