420 Protection from civil liability for members, building referees, and employees of Authority continued (1) Despite the repeal of the former Act and the dissolution of the Authority, no civil proceedings may be brought against any of its members, building referees, or employees for any act done or omitted to be done by that person in good faith under the former Act. (2) Subsection (1) — (a) is for the avoidance of doubt; and (b) does not limit the provisions of the Interpretation Act 1999 .
