Section 428 — Building Act 2004: Validation of accumulation of levy

428 Validation of accumulation of levy (1) Despite the provisions of Part 3A of the former Act, the matters referred to in subsection (2) are validated and must be taken to be and always to have been lawful. (2) The matters are— (a) the accumulation of levies imposed under that Part and of any proceeds from those levies received by the Authority; and (b) the application of those levies and proceeds by the chief executive for the purposes of this Act.
