Section 429 — Building Act 2004: Transitional provision for matters of doubt or dispute relating to building control under former Act

429 Transitional provision for matters of doubt or dispute relating to building control under former Act (1) This section applies to an application for a determination under section 17 of the former Act that has been made, but not determined or withdrawn, before the commencement of this section. (2) Despite the repeal of the former Act, an application to which this section applies must be determined by the chief executive in all respects under the former Act as if this Act had not been passed.
