434 Transitional provision for certain entries on certificates of title made under former Act (1) This section applies to any of the following entries that is made before the commencement of this section: (a) an entry on a certificate of title under section 36(2) of the former Act; and (b) an entry in the records of the Surveyor-General or the Maori Land Court under section 36(7) of the former Act; and (c) an entry under section 641A of the Local Government Act 1974 . (2) On and from the commencement of this section, an entry to which this section applies must be treated as if it had been made under this Act and the provisions of this Act apply accordingly with all necessary modifications.
