441 Transitional provision for applications for continuation or renewal of approval as building certifier under former Act (1) An application for the continuation or renewal of an approval as a building certifier under section 51(5) of the former Act may be made to the chief executive until the close of 31 May 2006. (2) The chief executive may, until the close of 31 May 2006, grant the application. (3) An approval as a building certifier that is continued or renewed under subsection (2) expires at the close of 31 May 2006.
