Section 50 — Building Act 2004: Refusal of application for building consent

50 Refusal of application for building consent If a building consent authority refuses to grant an application for a building consent, the building consent authority must give the applicant written notice of— (a) the refusal; and (b) the reasons for the refusal. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 35(2)
