Section 55 — Building Act 2004: Exemption from levy

55 Exemption from levy Despite section 53 , an applicant for a building consent is not liable to pay a levy if the building work for which the building consent is issued has an estimated value of less than the prescribed minimum estimated value (if any). Compare: 1991 No 150 s 23B(1)
