56 Payment of levy sufficient unless estimated value of building work changes If a levy has already been paid for building work for which a building consent is granted, no further levy is payable for that building work unless its estimated value changes. Section 56 was amended, as from 14 April 2005, by section 7(2)(a) Building Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 31) by substituting the word “ granted ” for the word “ issued ” .
