Section 60 — Building Act 2004: Territorial authority may retain part of levy

60 Territorial authority may retain part of levy (1) A territorial authority may retain 3% of the levies for which the territorial authority is liable, under section 59 , in any month. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 61 . Compare: 1991 No 150 s 23C(4)
