Section 66 — Building Act 2004: Chief executive must review levy

66 Chief executive must review levy As soon as practicable after the expiry of 3 years beginning on the commencement of this section, and then at intervals of not more than 3 years, the chief executive must— (a) review whether the levy is set at a rate that is appropriate for meeting the costs of the chief executive in performing his or her functions under this Act; and (b) report to the Minister on the findings of the review.
