Section 95 — Building Act 2004: Issue of code compliance certificate

95 Issue of code compliance certificate A code compliance certificate must be issued— (a) by a building consent authority; and (b) in the prescribed form; and (c) on payment of any charge fixed by the building consent authority. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 43(3)
