97 How to apply for certificate of acceptance An application for a certificate of acceptance must— (a) be in the prescribed form; and (b) if available, be accompanied by plans and specifications that are— (i) required by regulations made under section 402 ; or (ii) if the regulations do not so require, required by the territorial authority; and (c) contain or be accompanied by any other information that the territorial authority reasonably requires; and (d) be accompanied by the charge fixed by the territorial authority; and (e) in the case of an application under section 96(1)(a) , be accompanied by any fees, charges, or levies that would have been payable had the owner, or the owner's predecessor in title, applied for a building consent before carrying out the building work; and (f) if a project information memorandum for the building work has been issued under section 34 , be accompanied by the project information memorandum; and (g) if a compliance schedule is required as a result of the building work, have attached to it a list of all specified systems for the building; or (h) if an amendment to an existing compliance schedule is required as a result of the building work, have attached to it a list of all specified systems that are being— (i) altered in the course of the building work: (ii) added to the building in the course of the building work: (iii) removed from the building in the course of the building work.
