Section 99A — Building Act 2004: Refusal of application for certificate of acceptance

99A Refusal of application for certificate of acceptance If a territorial authority refuses to grant an application for a certificate of acceptance, the territorial authority must give the applicant written notice of— (a) the refusal; and (b) the reasons for the refusal. Section 99A: inserted, on 15 March 2008, by section 21 of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4).
