Section Sch3-10 — Building Act 2004: Position where vacancy in membership

10 Position where vacancy in membership (1) If a member, for any reason, ceases to hold office as a member, the Governor-General may appoint another person to act as a member. (2) A member who is appointed under subclause (1) is appointed for the residue of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.
