13 Duties of members A member, when acting as a member, must act— (a) in good faith; and (b) with reasonable care, diligence, and skill; and (c) with honesty and integrity; and (d) in accordance with any statement of expectations as to standards of good conduct for members of statutory bodies issued by 1 or more Ministers of the Crown that applies to statutory bodies (or classes of them) generally.
