Section Sch3-21 — Building Act 2004: Members' remuneration and allowances

21 Members' remuneration and allowances (1) The Board is a statutory board for the purposes of the Fees and Travelling Allowances Act 1951 . (2) There may be paid, out of public money to the members of the Board, remuneration by way of fees, salary, or allowances and travelling allowances and travelling expenses in accordance with the Fees and Travelling Allowances Act 1951 , and the provisions of that Act apply accordingly.
