Section Sch3-22 — Building Act 2004: Appointment

22 Appointment (1) The Minister may appoint one of the members as the chairperson, and another member as the deputy chairperson, of the Board by written notice to the member (with a copy to the Board). (2) The notice of appointment must state the date on which the appointment takes effect.
