Section Sch3-24 — Building Act 2004: Resignation

24 Resignation (1) A chairperson or deputy chairperson may, without resigning as a member, resign from that office by written notice to the Minister (with a copy to the Board). (2) The notice of resignation must state the date on which the resignation takes effect.
