26 Performance and exercise of chairperson's functions, duties, and powers during vacancy If there is no chairperson or, for any reason, the chairperson is unable to perform and exercise his or her functions, duties, and powers as chairperson, the deputy chairperson has all the functions, duties, and powers of the chairperson.
