29 Methods of holding meetings A meeting of the Board may be held— (a) by a quorum of the members being assembled together at the date, time, and place appointed for the meeting; or (b) by means of audio, audio and visual, or electronic communication by which a quorum of members can simultaneously communicate with each other throughout the meeting.
