Section Sch3-30 — Building Act 2004: Quorum

30 Quorum (1) A quorum for a meeting of the Board is— (a) half the number of members (if the board has an even number of members) or a majority of the members (if the Board has an odd number of members); but (b) in any case, no less than 3 members. (2) No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Board if a quorum is not present.
