Section Sch3-6 — Building Act 2004: Resignation
Text of the provision Official document
6 Resignation (1) A member may resign from office by written notice to the Minister (with a copy to the Board) that is signed by the member. (2) The resignation is effective on receipt of the notice by the Minister or at any later time stated in the notice.
