9 Members ceasing to hold office A member ceases to hold office if he or she— (a) resigns in accordance with clause 6 ; or (b) is removed from office in accordance with clause 7 or any other enactment; or (c) becomes disqualified from being a member under clause 2 ; or (d) otherwise ceases to hold office in accordance with any enactment.
