Section 108 — Care of Children Act 2004: Interim powers

108 Interim powers A Court to which an application under section 105(1) is made may, at any time before the application is determined, give any interim directions it thinks fit for the purpose of securing the welfare and best interests of the child concerned or of preventing changes in the circumstances relevant to the determination of the application.
