Section 114 — Care of Children Act 2004: Translation to accompany application

114 Translation to accompany application Every application under section 102 or section 112 in respect of a child must be accompanied by a translation of the application, being a translation— (a) into the official language, or one of the official languages, of the Contracting State to which the application is intended to be sent; or (b) if that Contracting State has made a reservation under Article 42 of the Convention objecting to the use of English, into French.
