Section 128 — Care of Children Act 2004: Evidence

128 Evidence In all proceedings under this Act (other than criminal proceedings, but including appeals or any other proceedings), the Court may receive any evidence that it thinks fit, whether or not it is otherwise admissible in a court of law. Compare: 1968 No 63 s 28
