Section 132 — Care of Children Act 2004: Reports from chief executive or Social Worker

132 Reports from chief executive or Social Worker (1) A copy of an application for guardianship or a parenting order (other than an interim parenting order) must be supplied to the chief executive if the Court so directs. (2) The chief executive or a Social Worker must report on the application, and may appear on the application personally or by a lawyer. Compare: 1968 No 63 s 29(1), (2)
