Section 142 — Care of Children Act 2004: Costs

142 Costs (1) In any proceedings under this Act, the Court may make any order as to costs it thinks fit. (2) An order under this section may be made either in addition to, or instead of, an order under section 71 or section 87 or section 121 . Compare: 1968 No 63 s 27B
