148 Other Acts not affected (1) Nothing in this Act affects the following Acts: (a) Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 : (b) Family Proceedings Act 1980 . (2) This section is subject to sections 66 and 69 and 149 to 151 and Schedules 2 to 4 . Compare: 1968 No 63 s 34
