Section 155 — Care of Children Act 2004: Appointments of testamentary guardians under section 7(2) of 1968 Act

155 Appointments of testamentary guardians under section 7(2) of 1968 Act (1) Appointments of testamentary guardians under section 7(2) of the Guardianship Act 1968 and that are in force immediately before the commencement of this Act must be treated as if they were appointments made under section 26(2) of this Act. (2) The guardianship of a testamentary guardian appointed under section 7(2) of the Guardianship Act 1968 terminates in accordance with section 28 of this Act.
