157 Orders under 1968 Act about custody Orders about custody of a child that are made under the Guardianship Act 1968 and that are in force immediately before the date on which this Act comes into force may be enforced, varied, discharged, or otherwise dealt with under this Act as if they were parenting orders made under this Act about the role of providing day-to-day care for the child.
