Section 162 — Care of Children Act 2004: Applications under 1991 Amendment Act

162 Applications under 1991 Amendment Act (1) This section applies to applications under the Guardianship Amendment Act 1991 to the New Zealand Central Authority designated by section 7(1) of that Act— (a) that were made before the date on which this Act comes into force; and (b) that are not withdrawn or finally determined by the date on which this Act comes into force. (2) Applications to which this section applies continue under this Act as if they were made under this Act to the Central Authority for New Zealand designated by section 100(1) .
