Section 65 — Care of Children Act 2004: Request for counselling

65 Request for counselling (1) A party to a parenting order (or to an agreement of the kind described in section 40(2) ) may ask a Registrar of a Family Court to arrange counselling in respect of a dispute arising from another party to the order (or to the agreement) contravening or appearing to contravene the order (or the agreement). (2) If 2 or more guardians of a child are unable to agree on a matter concerning the exercise of their guardianship, any of them may ask a Registrar of a Family Court to arrange counselling in respect of their dispute.
