74 Further provisions about warrants (1) The Court may issue a warrant under section 72 or section 73 either on or after making a parenting order or an order for supervised contact. (2) Neither section 72 nor section 73 affects any other power— (a) to enforce the role of providing day-to-day care for, or an order for contact with, a child; and (b) that was exercisable by a court immediately before the commencement, on 1 January 1970, of the Guardianship Act 1968. (3) If a Family Court declines under section 72 or section 73 or in the exercise of a power to which subsection (2) relates to enforce the role of providing day-to-day care for, or an order for contact with, a child, it may, on its own initiative but subject to section 83(2) and (3) , vary or discharge any existing order relating to that role or contact accordingly.
