Section 86 — Care of Children Act 2004: Evidence of orders made in overseas countries

86 Evidence of orders made in overseas countries Nothing in section 81 prevents a Court from receiving evidence of an order made in an overseas country (whether or not that country is a prescribed overseas country) and relating to the role of providing day-to-day care for, or relating to contact with, a child.
