Section 122 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Enforcement of access rights

122 Enforcement of access rights (1) The Court may at any time, on the application of any person entitled to access to a child or young person under an order made under section 121 of this Act, issue a warrant authorising any Social Worker or any member of the Police or any other person named in the warrant to take possession of the child or young person and deliver him or her to the person entitled to access in accordance with the order. (2) The power conferred on the Court by subsection (1) of this section may, if the Court thinks fit, be exercised on the making of the order. (3) Where, pursuant to this section, the Court declines to enforce a right of access under an order made under section 121 of this Act, it may of its own motion vary or discharge the order accordingly.
