Section 123 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Power of entry

123 Power of entry For the purpose of executing any warrant issued under section 122 of this Act, any Social Worker or member of the Police or any other person named in the warrant may enter and search any dwellinghouse, building, aircraft, ship, carriage, vehicle, premises, or place, with or without assistance and by force if necessary.
