126A Court may direct holding of family group conference to consider application (1) Where an application is made under section 125 of this Act, the Court, at any stage of the proceedings, may direct a Care and Protection Co-ordinator to convene a family group conference for the purpose of considering such matters relating to the child or young person as the Court directs, and may adjourn the hearing of the application until the conference has been held. (2) The provisions of sections 20 to 36 of this Act shall apply with all necessary modifications with respect to the convening of a family group conference for the purposes of this section. Section 126A was inserted, as from 8 January 1995, by section 18 Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Amendment Act 1994 (1994 No 121).
