Section 132 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Access to plans

132 Access to plans (1) Subject to section 133 of this Act, a copy of every plan furnished to the Court pursuant to section 128 of this Act shall be given by the Registrar of the Court— (a) To every person entitled to appear and be heard on the application to which the plan relates and to any barrister or solicitor appearing for that person: (b) To any lay advocate, barrister or solicitor, or other person representing the child or young person to whom the application relates or a parent or guardian or other person usually having the care of the child or young person: (c) To the chief executive: (d) To any other person whom the Court considers has a proper interest in receiving a copy of the plan. (2) Every such copy shall, wherever possible, be supplied not later than 1 working day before the sitting of the Court. Subsection (1)(c) was amended, as from 1 October 1999, by section 13 Department of Child, Youth and Family Services Act 1999 (1999 No 82) by substituting “ chief executive ” for “ Director-General ” .
