133 Court may order plan not to be disclosed The Court may order that the whole or any part of a plan given to any person pursuant to section 132(1) of this Act shall not be disclosed to any person specified in the order where it is satisfied that such disclosure would be, or would be likely to be, detrimental to the physical or mental health, or the emotional wellbeing, of any child or young person or other person to whom the plan relates.
