148 Effect of agreements Where a child or young person is placed in the care of any person pursuant to an agreement under section 139 or section 140 or section 141 or section 142 of this Act, that person shall have, in respect of that child or young person, the same powers and responsibilities in all respects as if that child or young person had been placed in the custody of that person pursuant to an order under section 101 of this Act.
