Section 14A — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Conduct outside New Zealand

14A Conduct outside New Zealand For the purposes of this Act, it does not matter whether the conduct constituting a ground referred to in section 14(1) occurred partly or wholly outside New Zealand. Section 14A was inserted, as from 1 November 1999, by section 2 Children, Young Persons, and Their Families (Trans-Tasman Transfer of Protection Orders and Proceedings) Amendment Act 1999 (1999 No 116).
