151 Jurisdiction of District Courts in cases of urgency The following proceedings may be heard and determined in a District Court in any case where it is expedient that the proceedings be dealt with urgently and it is impracticable for the matter to be heard and determined as a matter of urgency in a Family Court: (a) An application under section 44 of this Act: (b) Any proceedings under section 45 of this Act: (c) An application under section 78 of this Act: (d) An application under section 88 of this Act for an interim restraining order.
