Section 153 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Notice of application for declaration to be given to child or young person

153 Notice of application for declaration to be given to child or young person Where an application is made for a declaration under section 67 of this Act in respect of any child of or over the age of 12 years or any young person, the Registrar of the Court in which that application is filed shall ensure that a copy of the application is given to that child or young person.
