185 Sections to have effect in place of sections 38 to 44 of Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003 In respect of any person to whom an application for a declaration under section 67 of this Act relates, the provisions of sections 178 to 183 of this Act have effect in the place of the provisions of sections 38 to 44 of the Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003 . Section 185 was substituted, as from 1 September 2004, by section 51 Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act 2003 (2003 No 115). See clause 2 Criminal Procedure (Mentally Impaired Persons) Act Commencement Order 2004 (SR 2004/147).
