Section 188 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Privilege for reports

188 Privilege for reports Any person who furnishes any report to the Court pursuant to section 178 or section 181 or section 186 or section 187 of this Act shall not be under any civil or criminal liability in respect of the report unless that person has acted in bad faith or without reasonable care.
